With over two decades of experience, the company is known for its award-winning software hub, a complete DMS that consolidates documents, business processes and interfaces for stakeholders into a single platform. The company’s suite of tools efficiently manages, stores and shares documents for various industries, including accounting, construction, banking, healthcare, insurance, law, manufacturing and many more.

Prior to the company’s rebranding from eFileCabinet to Revver, it partnered with DSR Corporation to develop a modern document management platform for today and the future. DSR updated several UX/UI features, heightened security measures, and provided cloud integration and intuitive, user-friendly workflows.

The Solution

DSR modernized the DMS in a phased approach, including system and workflow development, integration with modern platforms, and development of a new set of migration tools. The demonstrator platform developed for the company consisted of multiple projects from an enhanced backend to the user experience.

In addition to project management expertise, DSR’s team provided the necessary depth and breadth of technical knowledge to integrate 14 technologies and bring the 15-year-old legacy system up to date. The work consisted of revamping the local and cloud versions of the old system by replacing the outdated version of the application. DSR developed a new, automated workflow for requesting, approving and sharing documents, emphasizing ease of use for users. The team also created a new set of migration tools to extract, transform and load data between systems.
