Catch Gas Flare-Outs in Real-Time with Noema 

Noema’s Computer Vision Applications give operators real-time insights to reduce waste, ensure regulatory compliance and improve environmental performance at factories, refineries and manufacturing facilities. 

A key offering by Noema is the Flare Monitoring application.  As the oil and gas industry drives toward carbon neutrality, the ability to not only observe, but characterize and quantify operations is essential when it comes to environmental regulations compliance. Oil and gas companies are required by EPA methods 9 and 22 to completely burn flares rather than releasing the methane and other gases into the environment. 

With 24/7 Flare Monitoring from Noema, oil and gas sites can limit the duration of flare-outs, resulting in lower fines and environmentally-friendly operations.

Supporting Reforestation Efforts in British Columbia 

Through DSR’s mobile development capabilities, our teams designed a digital solution for the Government of British Columbia’s ‘Forests of Tomorrow’  Reforestation Project. The digital solution developed for B.C. Gov is a mobile app designed to streamline data collection and improve their reforestation efforts. The app connects directly to a database to store detailed information about reforestation trials, including descriptions, GPS location and images and planting info for both iOS and Android devices. 

In 2024, BC Gov’s “Forests for Tomorrow” celebrated the planting of its 10-billionth tree seedling and formally announced that more than 300 million seedlings were planted in 2023. The development of the mobile application by DSR Corporation enabled BC Gov to optimize its sustainability process and infrastructure.
