DSR Announces Z-Gate Dongle at IBC Amsterdam 2019

DSR was proud to announce the NEW Z-Gate Dongle, created with our hardware partners, at this year's IBC in Amsterdam. This USB stick transforms existing STB boxes or routers into Zigbee Smart Home Gateways. This dongle works with an ecosystem of more than 200 Zigbee devices from 40 Zigbee device manufacturers.

 

 

Z-Gate features include:

• Complete Zigbee gateway functionality, including:
  • Device provisioning
  • Device control
  • Device analytics
  • Over-the-air updates (for supported devices)
  • Device status and data
• Device interoperability guaranteed by the Zigbee Alliance. This device has been used to represent Zigbee on their Interoperability Demo Wall for several consecutive years at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas.
• Connectivity SDK for integration with 3rd party IoT cloud solutions, including: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
